On July 12, 2025, the Executive Director of AMA met with the Governor of Kabul Province. The meeting focused on the achievements of the microfinance sector within the province, as well as the challenges faced during program implementation. The Executive Director presented these issues in detail, and the Governor assured his support, stating that he would instruct the district governors in Kabul to address any challenges encountered by microfinance institutions (MFIs) during the course of their activities.
